Jeff Field has spent his entire career handling bankruptcy cases for clients in Georgia. He has more than 27 years of experience successfully representing individuals throughout the state in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Jeff attended Berry College on a basketball scholarship and was student government president when he graduated in 1981. He earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1984, where he served on the Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Board. In 1985, Jeff began his career in consumer bankruptcy working for Paul C. Parker, who was an early leader in advertising bankruptcy as a helpful solution to many financial problems. Jeff was instrumental in helping Mr. Parker expand his bankruptcy practice from metropolitan Atlanta to representing individuals throughout all of North Georgia. Jeff left Mr. Parker's firm in 1993 to found Jeff Field & Associates.
Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Alabama. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District and Middle District of Georgia. He is a member of the Metro Atlanta Bankruptcy Group and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He also serves on the Board of Visitors of Berry College.
Win Mims represents debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases throughout Georgia. A highly experienced and accomplished attorney, he has been an active member of the Georgia Bar since 1969 and an active member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association since 1987. He is a past member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and the Litigation Section of the ABA. Win is currently a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Georgia Bar and the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Group
Noah Bader joined Jeff Field & Associates in 2008. Noah earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2007. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Muhlenberg College, graduating cum laude. During law school, Noah served as a law clerk for the Honorable R.A. Ferguson Jr., 10th Judicial Circuit, Jefferson County, Alabama.
Noah is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the United States District Court for the Northern District and Middle District of Georgia.
Mr. Nash is an associate attorney at Jeff Field & Associates. He assists our clients in the areas of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Nash joined the firm in 2011 after completing his Juris Doctorate at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Nash grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia and is a graduate of Collins Hill High School. Mr. Nash went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia. He was a member and captain of the men’s tennis team and was named the Great South Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year for the 2003-2004 season. While attending Piedmont, Mr. Nash was also a legal intern for the Mountain Judicial Circuit’s District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted prosecutors with criminal trials and criminal pleas, in both felony and misdemeanor cases.
Mr. Nash attended Barry University School of Law in Florida, where he worked through law school as a legal assistant for an estate planning firm. He also interned for the Honorable Judge Thomas Sculco in the Office of the Judge of Compensation Claims for Orlando, Orange County, Florida. After graduating from law school, Mr. Nash returned to Georgia and worked as a contract attorney before landing an associate position with Coleman & Chambers, LLP. Soon thereafter, he left the firm to join Jeff Field & Associates.
Mr. Nash is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Georgia State Bar, Gainesville Bar Association and American Bar Association.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Nash enjoys being outdoors and on the lake. Mr. Nash is also very active in the Atlanta tennis community, participating competitively in ALTA, USTA, T2 and Ultimate Tennis leagues.
